Financial Peace University...by Dave Ramsey, is a biblically based, 13-week, video-driven group study that teaches families how to beat debt, build wealth, and give like never before! Join us for a free preview Sunday, January 4, in Room 12, at 10:45 AM.

Missions Banquet...Join us for a delicious Honduran meal, fellowship with VIF family, and speaker, Gary Sapp, of Mission of Mercy. This years banquet is on Saturday, January 31, at 6:00 PM. Complementary tickets are available through January 25 at the Ministry Table. To help us properly prepare, please return your tickets or call the office if you take tickets and later find out you cannot attend.

Victory Counseling Center…offers short-term, complimentary, and confidential counseling for those seeking God’s answers to life’s challenges. If you’re facing difficulties in your marriage, home, or job, or if you need guidance with personal problems, we believe Jesus can touch your life. To set-up an appointment, contact Zorina in the Church Office.

Pastoral Care...Health ministry and pastoral care are important aspects of healing, recovery, and finding peace. If you or a loved one anticipate surgery, are ill, hospitalized, or homebound, please notifying the Church Office. The hospitals do not inform us, so we rely on family and friends to do so.

S.H.A.L.O.M. Ministries...is in need of like-new coats, hats, socks, sleeping bags, and blankets to give out to those in need. If you would like to participate in this blessing, you can place your donations in the S.H.A.L.O.M. box at the side entrance. Please, no other types of clothing at this time.

Small Group leaders needed...We are looking for adults who are interested in leading a Small Group on Sunday mornings in Kids Quest. There is very little preparation required. If you love seeing children grow closer to Jesus, this could be for you. Contact Trina Moede in the Kids Quest Office for more information.

Frontline...is looking for new Sunday School Teachers during the 9:00 AM Service. If you are interested in serving, please talk to Pastor Gabe.

WOMEN’S MINISTRIES

Tuesday Morning...Bible Study and Piecemakers is on Christmas break. Classes resumes January 13.

Starting January 13...WM’s will be doing John Bevere's DVD study, "A Heart Ablaze." We all want personal revival with hearts that are ablaze for Jesus! We’ll have a great time of small group discussion and prayer. Workbooks are available for a donation. Childcare is provided. We meet on Tuesdays at 9:00 AM in Room 12.


MEN’S MINISTRIES

Thursday Night Bible Study…Meets at 7:00 PM in Room 13. Challenging topics are presented each week with the objective of encouraging discussion and stimulating the growth of Christian faith through Spirit-led investigation of the Word of God.

PitStop…Take time to re-energize by joining a group of men who share the same beliefs, experience similar hardships, and pursue similar goals. They meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, at 7:30 AM at Perkins on Bluemound and Barker Rds. For more information, call Gene Seelow in the Church Office at 262-783-2900.

Men’s Open Gym...meets each Thursday, at 7:00 PM in the Gym.

Upcoming elevate Events…include Fiesta and Flicks on Friday, January 16, at the Sawyer’s house. Join us at 7:30 PM for some great Mexican food and a movie!

FRONTLINE STUDENT MINISTRIES
Frontline Journey Groups…start next Sunday night, January 11. Senior High groups, grades 9-12 only, will meet on the 1st and 3rd Sunday night of each month. Senior High Journey Groups are coming to the Brookfield/Pewaukee, Waukesha/New Berlin, Menomonee Falls/Sussex, and Milwaukee areas. (JV groups, grades 6-8 only, will meet on Wednesday nights, as part of their service.) Get plugged in! We will introduce the groups this Wednesday at Frontline.

Scholarships…There are two Assemblies of God national scholarship forms available on the Ministry Wall for graduating seniors attending an A/G college. Please be aware of the deadlines!


KIDS QUEST
Pinewood Derby…cars will be coming soon to the Royal Ranger Lot near you! The car kits will be going on sale beginning January 7, outside of Room 13, before and after the Wednesday night services. Not sure what the Pinewood Derby is? Let me tell you. Picture a computerized racetrack that races some of the most creative cars you have ever seen made out of a wood block. It is quite a sight; we have some very creative people in this church! This years event will take place on Friday, February 13.
